Policies & Procedures

WELCOME! Thank you for your interest in the Santa Fe Railyard Public Policies & Procedures. Volume I governs the use of the public spaces in the Railyard and has been approved by the City of Santa Fe City Council. You are welcome to contact the Santa Fe Railyard Community Corporation (SFRCC) office at any time with questions about a proposed event or to request an application without reviewing these Policies, but if you schedule an event, you will be required to read and agree to abide by the relevant sections of this document.

If you’d like to read through the policies online, you may click on each Section individually through the Table of Contents and read or print that Section if desired. Please note that Section 1 (Maps) is broken into an introductory section (pages 7-13) followed by each area map which may be downloaded and printed individually for the user’s convenience.

If you would like to download and print the entire document, please click here. It is 62 pages in length and may take some time to download, depending on the speed of your computer.

Volume II is on file at the SFRCC office and includes the actual application forms for every type of event in the Railyard along with a resource file of legal agreements relevant to the Railyard including the Deed of Conservation Easement, and other related City of Santa Fe Ordinances and Resolutions. The application form appropriate for your event can be sent to you by email, fax or picked up in hard copy at the SFRCC office at any time. Let us know if you have any questions regarding the other reference documents.

Please don’t hesitate to contact the SFRCC office with any questions regarding these Policies & Procedures, how to identify the area most relevant to your use, or any other questions regarding your event at the Railyard. We look forward to talking with you.
