The Railyard is hosting the largest bicycling party in New Mexico on October 9-10 with exciting activities for the whole family. From the 100-mile 35th Santa Fe Century bike ride, to a self-guided family friendly Community Cruise along the Santa Fe River or just strolling through the Classic Vintage Bike Show, there is something for everyone to enjoy at The Railyard. Kids are encouraged to bring their bikes and participate in a free “Bling Your Bike” decorating contest. After a day of biking everyone can reward themselves with a classic New Mexico green chile cheeseburger, craft beer or other tasty treats at Railyard restaurants. 6:00am – 8:30am
Late packet pick-up at the Railyard Park
Gran Fondo and Century tour riders report to the start line on Callejon next to Site Santa Fe just south of Paseo de Peralta.
Escorted roll out of town for Gran Fondo and Century riders. All Century riders are welcome to join in behind the Gran Fondo group start.
At this time the Century course is officially open for any riders who wish to start at their own time.
Medio Fondo and 50 mile tour riders report to the start line on Callejon next to Site Santa Fe just south of Paseo de Peralta.
Escorted roll out of town for Medio Fondo and half-century tour riders. All Half-Century tour riders are welcome to join in behind the Medio Fondo group start.
9:00am – 10:00am
Recommended start time for 25 mile riders.
11:00am – 5:30pm
Celebration event – live music all afternoon, artists are: Gold Tides (Indie Rock), Baracutanga (Latin/World), and The Sticky (Funk)
Valeted gear returned to the start/finish line in the Railyard.
Awards ceremony for all Fondo riders at the Water Tower.
Sag Support stops and the routes are swept for remaining riders.
Century venue closes.
Gold Tides: 10:15am – 11:00am
Baracutanga: 11:30am – 1:00pm
The Sticky: 1:30pm – 3:15pm
