Railyard Park is hosting a FREE fun-filled day for the whole family with interactive workshops, demonstrations and conservation-minded activities offering visitors an opportunity to learn, get their hands dirty, have some fun and get inspired by nature!

HERE’S A SNEAK PEAK! 

– Live Animals from NM Wildlife Center
– A large wooden bird form for photo-taking, animal artifacts (skins, feathers), coloring pages, and binoculars for lessons from Randall Davey Audubon Center.
– See where Santa Fe’s drinking water comes from and how it flows with an Enviroscape Drinking Model from the City’s Water Conservation Office.
– Seed Bomb Station – make a wildflower seed bomb to throw and watch grow!
– Workshops and demos throughout the day by local experts from Reunity Resources, NMSU Extension, Master Gardeners, and San Isidro Permaculture.
– Give-aways from Keep Santa Fe Beautiful, City of Santa Fe Parks Dept.and others
